Our approach to building a Custom Home is to make the experience a pleasurable and rewarding one. We will guide you through the design and building process with information required to make concise and informed decisions.

Lot Inspection
We will inspect your prospective lot(s) for design and building considerations including: footprint placement of the home, driveway, pool etc.

Design & Planning Meetings
For a successful project, we recommend an initial meeting with Jerry Severa, Owner/Contractor of CreekStone Custom Homes to discuss your vision, individual design/style preferences and to establish budgets.

If you have already preselected an architect, Jerry Severa will gladly meet them to discuss your project objectives and budgets.

Once your blueprints are completed, we will evaluate the drawings to insure that your design objectives and budgets are achieved.

The Building Process
We will review each component of the plans with you to insure that you understand each step of the building process. We will also assist you in making selections for your project as required.
